charming room

near waterfront

charming spot near amazing eateries and sea access

this was a great little place in the city center, with a beautiful clean room that had that perfect mediterranean charm, and being just a minute away from the vibrant riva waterfront made my city explorations genuinely enjoyable.

Loved the amazing location just a few minutes from the city center! The room was simple yet comfy, and great air conditioning made it even better. Only downside was the creaky floor, but I'd definitely come back! 😊

Gregory's Magical Hospitality

Villa Varos is a hidden gem! Gregory was incredibly accommodating, letting us check in early after our long bus ride. The location is perfect—just a short stroll from the vibrant heart of Split, yet tucked away on a serene street. Our room was spotless and had all the essentials, including plenty of fresh towels and a great air conditioning system. Gregory even provided fantastic recommendations for local eateries and sightseeing, which elevated our experience immensely. And we appreciated that he was always just a message away if we needed assistance.

The location is fantastic, only a short walk to the city’s attractions while remaining in a tranquil spot. Gregory, the host, went above and beyond by assisting with stowing our belongings upon arrival. The air conditioning was efficient, and the room was impeccably clean, with ample towels and amenities. However, the numerous stairs could be a challenge for some, and issues with the side door passcode arose toward the end of my visit.
